Itinerary
Day 1: Zagreb to Zadar (300 km)
Launch from Zagreb’s historic buzz, rolling southwest through twisty backroads past rolling hills and river valleys and a Cold War airstrip—to the beautiful town of Zadar. Evening: Famous sunset and relaxed seafood extravaganza.Day 2: Zadar to Mostar (285 km)
Spectacular coastal ride with soft hills and bright sights. Enter Bosnia into a small but significant culture shift. Post-ride: rest up—explore the Old Town’s stone streets, burek and a cold pivo (beer).Day 3: Mostar-Mostar (100 km)
Relaxed day, or an optional quick ride to Kravica waterfalls to explore the gem, then back to Mostar to relaxDay 4: Mostar to Dubrovnik (150 km)
A short hop north on scenic curves via the unique Blagaj caves then veer towards the ocean into Croatia via coastal roads into Dubrovnik. Post-ride: Seafood within the Old City walls.Day 5: Dubrovnik rest day
Explore the GoT tour, or just chill sipping chilled wine and people watching. Think back on the experience so far.Day 6: Dubrovnik to Kotor (100 km)
Ride south into Montenegro on the Adriatic coast and emerald twists intoto Kotor. Arrive and dig into fresh fish stew and wine with the crew.Day 7: Kotor to Visegrad (275 km)
Wind your way back up the Bay of Kotor into some spirited riding in Zabljak to the pristine Lake Pluzine, then cross the Tara River border back into Bosnia to reach the tiny but beautiful hamlet of Visegrad.Day 8: Visegrad to Sarajevo (120 km)
Ride out from Visegrad through electrifying scraggy mountains along the river into the historical and cultural capital of BiH, Sarajevo. Evening: sink into cevapi (grilled meat) and strong Bosnian coffee in Baščaršija.Day 9: Sarajevo to Zadar (400 km)
Launch from Sarajevo’s Ottoman heart, rolling northwest through Bosnia’s D5 and M18—twisty backroads past rolling hills and river valleys—back to Zagreb’s historic buzz. Celebrate with štrukli (cheese dumplings) and a rider’s rakija—prestige in the bag.
